To Hold an Item Up to 30 Days
A minimum down payment of 25% is required to reserve an item. The down payment must be received via cashier’s check or money order within 5 days of the request to keep a hold in effect. ND MillWerk Salvage and Sales will retain the requested item for you up to 30 days. If, after 30 days, purchase has not been completed, a restock fee of 5% of the regular price of an item will be assessed, a refund issued for the balance, and the item made available for sale to another party.
