Shipping & Returns
Buyer pays cost of shipping. Small boxable items will generally be mailed USPS unless otherwise requested. Large items will move common carrier or UPS. Quotes will be requested upon purchase. There may also be crating and packing charges. To avoid these expenses, we welcome you to pick up your items at our warehouse in Northwest Iowa on Highway 10. Please call ahead for appointments and directions.
All items are sold “as is”. That way buyers can choose to polish, refinish, restore or just admire the condition and finish of our antique woodwork and hardware. We try to note the condition of all purchases before shipping or pickup.
To reserve an item up to 30 days a minimum down payment of 25% is required. The down payment must be received via cash, cashier’s check, money order or credit card within 5 days of the request to keep a hold in effect. ND MillWerk Salvage and Sales will retain the requested item for you up to 30 days. If, after 30 days, purchase has not been completed, a restock fee of 10% of the regular price of an item will be assessed, a refund issued for the balance, and the item made available for sale to another party.
